can you pls provide ur contact no.it would be better if you can go by 3200 per sqft.or lessthan that.pillars also not good some pls check the pillrs.anyway it is inside the raod.

Looks like the project is using low rated material, when i digged more questions regarding, Cement bricks and thickness of rods etc the site engineer was not answering correctly..

33350 is something sharath (the marketing person) - is ready to offer, but i am in confusion to go for it or not..

the reviews of petals customers are also not much great, considering location and no other option. i am planning for this,, however people please comment more.. hence we can know more pros and cons;

Is the builder going to give A Khata and OC for this project? How much is the rate per sqft going on and what is the total number of units in this project?

Yes the builder is going to provide Occupancy certificate and A Khata. The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3490 and there will be 290 apartments with a combination of 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments.

Hi Rajat, Innovative Oak Garden offers 2, 2.5 and 3 bhk apartments and it has been approved by BBMP and all major banks. The project is expected to get completed by another 21 months.
