Private or KHB lands in Mysore - where to invest?

Q: Planning to buy a residential plot in or around Mysore. should I go for the KHB lands or the private ones? Which one will be cheaper guys?

What’s more, some private layouts are fully developed complete with roads and underground drainage and are closer to the highway than the KHB layout which is three km from the highway. So definitely the private layouts are looking like the better choice at the moment.

The private sites close to the Mysore-Bantwal highway at Yelwala will cost you around Rs 1,100-1,500 per sqft, and those in the interior regions will cost you around Rs 500-800 per sqft.

Oh yeah, are you talking about the ones in Yelawala? Yeah, these sites over here cost Rs 695 per sq.ft.! I could show you a number of plots offfered by private owners for a lot cheaper than that.
