MCC taking over MUDA layouts?

Q: Hey guys, is this true? Can you please shed some light about the layouts that are going to be taken over by the MCC?

MUDA and MCC officials were supposed to conduct a joint inspection of the remaining 15 layouts to take a final decision. I dont know what came of that. Anybody has any info?

But there is no reason for that no. The MUDA officers said that all the 15 layouts were given Correct Dimension (CD) report after they were completely developed

Ive heard that MCC Superintending Engineer S. Krishna had rejected the other 15 layouts because he thought that they were not developed completely.

Yeah the others are Vasu House Building Co-operative Society Layout, Dattagalli and Karanji Mansion.

I know that Dattagalli 4th Stage, Vijayanagar 3rd stage are two of the 4 layouts considered for this takeover, what are the others guys? Any news?

This was proposed at a meeting held at MCC office end of last year only. .

Yeah you've heard right. So basically there were 19 layouts under the MUDA. The MCC has agreed to take four layouts under its fold out of the 19.
