On the positive side, the ward councillor has promised that the Corporation will repair the drainage underground and in the process make the roads motorable. I think it will be sorted out in a month or two. Singanallur is a very good locality.

I take the Route 74 daily to my office and I see broen pipes and open drain with overflowing sewage. It was in last December that the press covered this issue and still it remains unaddressed

The roads in Singanallur have been neglected by the authorities. With so many developments in the town side, I don't understand how the roads are so dusty and in bad shape. One can't ride for 1 km without stopping for the dust to settle down. Such is the visibility.
