Hello, this project has just released their floor plans already and the are really really looking good. they have spacious living rooms, and the entire apartment is very well planned, they look really comfortable and you will enjoy living here.

This apartment is undergoing construction as yet. They are not ready to move in yet. And if you are looking for a place to move in immediately, then i dont think it is possible. The possession of these apartments starts from October 2015.

This project is offering a lot of basic facilities. they have a swimig pool, a gymnasium, play area for kids, and it has a vaasthu planned houses, and they are providing intercom facility as well. So i am pretty sure you will live here comfortably if u take a place in here.

But Singanallur is a very posh locality and that is the average price that is going on around this area, But this project is located in a very nice locality...you have many schools and colleges around like Sri Jayendra Saraswathy Vidyalaya and SSVM School.

The builders are charging around 77 lakhs for these apartments. i mean, the starting price is around 77 lakhs and the price is going up till 1.4 crore!! So it is around 5,900 or 6000 rupees per sq ft. It is a little pricey if you ask me. You can look at the other rresidential projects that are coming up around this area and then take a decision.

Hey this project is coming up in 4 blocks and they are offering apartments in many units. They have flats in 2 bhk 3 bhk and 4 bhk. And i think the built up area of these apartments starts from 1290 s ft to 2200 sq ft.

Hey the Tulips is a project that is coming up in Singanallur and itis being built by the vascon Engineers who have some really good projects to their credit. So I am pretty sure this project will also be good.
