I am planning to buy 2bhk plus study or 3 bhk ...I have one doubt..why is this project only ground plus 5 and will the contrusction quality and specifications will be at par with other builders in greater noida west like arihant etc,

As per my knowledge, this is good project to invest & end use too. It is coming under DDA Scheme, fully authorized & affordable apartment with world class amenities.
It is coming near to proposed metro station at first round about of Greater Noida (West). There is a new bridge on Hindon River, coming near to project which is under construction.
