Sumadhura Sankalpam apartment project in Whitefield
Q: I am planning to book one flat in this venture by Sumudhura Group named as Sumadhura Sankalpam. Has the project got all the approvals? When is the expected possession of the project?
Sumadhura sankalpam is one good project in a good location. My apartments' value has gone up since i got the place. It is definitely value for money, with schools and markets all being close. It is definitely value for money.
The only property that seemed honest in its presentation and that would eventually live up to my expectations, I'd like to thank Sumadhura for making my dream of owning a luxury home. I decided to put all of life's earning and savings into this property with an hope that it will be a good investment. Been a definitely good investment. All the things that were promised is intact making life here a peaceful experience with great neighbors and facilities.
The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 4,825 sqft and it will have 96 units in total. The project is located on Graphite Inid Road, Hoodi, Near Euro School, Whitefield. According to me its a good idea to buy a property here for investment purpose as the proposed Metro station is just 200 yards away. Education institutions, hospitals, shopping malls and other establishments of day to day needs are in close proximity.
As far as I know the project has got approvals from BBMP and all the major banks. The project is under construction stage and the expected possession date of the project is by 2015 mid.
