This project spread across approx. 1 lac sq.ft. and offers 1/2 BHK residential flats. 1BHK from 670-780 sq-ft. and 2BHK from 1020-1130 sq-ft. Current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 13000/sq-ft and the expected date of completion will be December'2016.

Hello Sir,
Better visit the developer's office ask for the legal documents, verify it whether there is any issue with this project or not, how is the locality, basic amenities, connectivity with the other parts of the city, transport facilities in the locality, quality of the construction and most important part is the registration paper. Then you should approach for buying the project.
