Plz beware!! plz dont book any property in any of their projects. Pathetic experience. they loot customers of their hard earned money, and divert the funds to launch newer projects, but never complete the older projects. False commitments, cheating , fraud is the only mantra of this group. I have known many customer who have been cheated by them and have lot of police complaints registered against the company. PLZ DO NOT FALL PREY TO ALL THE FANCY ADVERTISEMENTS THEY DO

Hi,
I have a word with their executive and found that the delivery date will be Dec'2016 and almost all the financial institutions are offering loan for this project.

Booking amount will be Rs. 2 lacs and rest of the amount through easy EMI.

Hi Vatsa,
3BHK Villas in the range of 1035-1465 sq-ft. and the price quoted for that is Rs. 2500-3000/sq-ft. It will cost around Rs. 25.86 lacs to Rs. 43.95 lacs.

Whereas the sizes of Plot is 2000 sq-ft. and the price quoted for it is Rs. 750/sq-ft. which will cost you near about Rs. 14.98 lacs + registration charges.
