How is the payment plan of M3M Latitude project ?

Hi Arun,
As per my knowledge, At the time of booking - 10Lac,
with in 30 days of Booking - 10% of TSV Less Booking amount,
With in 90 days of booking- 10% of TSV,
With in 6 months of booking - 10% of TSV,
On completion of Top floor roof slab- 30% of TSV,
With in 30 days of notice possession - 40% of TSV+IFMS.

TSV- total sale value Inclusive of BSP+EDC/IDC+PLC+Car parking+Club membership.

As per my knowledge, M3M Latitude is a project which is spread in 2 Acres of land of only a single Iconic High Rise Tower having 42 Storey+Stilt with 160 Limited Edition Apartments. As the name indicates (M3M Latitude, The Tower Of Growth) - it is a concept which is upscale and sophisticated.

Hi Mr Arun,
According to me, this project offers 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartments ,area ranging from 2380 sq-ft to 2885 sq-ft. This is a DTCP approved project. Builder quoted price is around 10000/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is February 2018.

In my point of view this project has world class amenities, Gated community living , Basement car park, Club house with recreational center, Swimming pool & sports facilities , Premium fixtures & fittings, Vaastu compliant, Kids play area, Power back up, Vacant Green spaces , Gym & Health club, 24 Hrs security, 24 Hrs power backup & Rain water harvesting.
