Q: I want to buy an apartment in Elite Belathur, Kadugodi.Can anyone please share an honest feedback about the builder.They've already completed around 4-5 projects.For this particular apartment they are ready to give an OC and will include the clause in the agreement.

Hi Dev, Not much idea about the builder but as a whole I will suggest you that if you are buying any property cross check all the documents provided with the help of a legal expert, check the approvals from banks and local authority. If they are providing OC they it is really good
