Effects of Hudhud cyclone

Q: Hello all. I am from hyderabad and am thinking about buying propery in vizag. but now because of the cyclone i am a little apprehensive as to what state vizag is in at the moment. can someone fill me in on what exactly happened to vizag with the hudhud disaster and what the current situation is now? also will this affect hyderabad in any way?

Hudhud hit Vizag with a speed of 180 km/h and heavy downpours . there was massive destruction but now situation is slowly getting better.

Modi has also given AP government a budget of 1000 crores for these restoration activities. every ruppee should be used wisely.

because the highway was cluttered with uprooted trees and debris, transport of food items was difficult but now after cleaning up, it is possible again.

Yes but now slowly Vizag is getting back to normal. Now public transport facilities have rsumed services and essential supplies are being provided.

Yes the Visakhapatnam rail on Vijayawada-Rajahmundry-Visakhapatnam section of Vijayawada Division of South Central Railway has been opened to traffic on Tuesday itself.

It is quite a crazy time for the people of Vizag. they couldn't even communicate with each other as phone services, internet all had no signal for very long time.

As of right now in Vizag, there is shattered infrastructure, damaged economic hubs, and it required large scale restoration activities to revive it.
