The project has been approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC, LIC, Axis, SBI and India bulls. The project has got approval from BBMP. There will be 7 blocks and 730 units. It will have G+15, G+18 and G+20 structure complex.
Harlur is a very prime location to live for and have good connectivity to other parts of the city by ORR, E- city and Sarjapur road.. The area is very safe to stay with a family. But the only disadvantage is that the area is having a very narrow roads which might create traffic congestion in the future when the area is fully developed.
Dear friends, This project is delayed for more then a year, and we all should liable to get a compensation from the builder for the delayed period, as i myself paying huge EMI for bank.
Yeah thats true.. the project is delayed and the owners should ask for compensation... All the owners can form a group and talk with the builder. Even I was planning to book an apartment in this project but because of delay i changed my mind.
Hello All, Project was suppose to get completed by end of LAST YEAR. But builder intention is not to complete..If somehow complete it takes another Year and complete DEC 2015. They have done lot of deviations as per his proposal.. They have constructed one complete top floor illegally... They have not even that many parking space. Not sure why people buy it with investigating much..
Thanks for sharing the information. I was also panning to book an apartment in this project for investment purpose and when I inquired they said that the possession will be given by this year end.
What is the reason for the delay in possession? As per my knowledge, Purvankara is one of the reputed builders in the real estate market. Then how come they are delaying in possession......
