Surrounding propoerties?

Q: what are the properties immediately surrounding the Esta project? I can see industrial units that flank this project and would imagine air/ sound pollution as potential problems for the residents. has anyone done some diligence on this?

Skylark is a cheating company. They delayed all their previous projects by more than two to three years and have used all cheap material from china , beware of this company.

I will suggest to everyone not to buy any Skylark project.

Hi vidhan,
First off all project is located in very good localities with near by ITPL Main Gate and IT Zone 1 Km.project cover 80 % open space which is one of the requirement of property seeker.
From my point of view you can visit site yourself and talk to some local shop person which will give clear cut idea. I am also search property from last one year and i found this project is good for end user and also in terms of return.
