Q:what are the properties immediately surrounding the Esta project? I can see industrial units that flank this project and would imagine air/ sound pollution as potential problems for the residents. has anyone done some diligence on this?
Latest Answer: Skylark is a cheating company. They delayed all their previous projects by more than two to three years and have used all cheap material from china , beware of this company.
I will suggest to everyone not to buy any Skylark project.
