How is the connectivity from Hoodi to other parts of the city? Will I face traffic congestion in this locality?

Hoodi is a very prime locality and it is close to the IT Hub so during the peak time it is little busy but the rest is really cool. The area is well connected to all the parts of the city.

How is the connectivity from this project to the other parts of the city? I am having kids I also wanted to know good schools near by.

The project is around 1 Km from ITPL main gate & IT zone
6 Km to Saibaba Ashram
13 km from M.G. Road
Just 4 km to K.R. Puram
EPIP Zone – 0.7 km.

Some of the good near by schools are: Deens Academy, NAFL Trust International School and Delhi Public School.

I feel the rate the builder is quoting is little high priced and the builder is also not so well known in the industry.

As far as I heard that the project is offering good amenities like Green Trellis, Bird Bath, Service Yard, Sub Station, Gym (Stilt level), Health Club, Aroma/Herb Garden, Gathering Space, Focal Water Feature, Swimming Pool and much more.

The Metro has proposed a new route till Whitefield. So is there any probability of getting a metro station in front project. I am bit worried.

Not sure about it. I heard that one station will be in Hoodi and the other stations will be some where inside the industrial area. @ Puneet, are you planning for investment purpose?

What is the rate per sqft going on in this project? I am looking for a penthouse in this project. How much will it cost me?

For apartments the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5500 and for penthouse it is Rs 6245. So a penthouse will cost you around Rs 1.95 crores.

Hello Puneet, The project is almost completed and the expected possession is by end of this year ( 2014). The project has been approved by BDA and by all the major banks.
