Hi Shivangi,

As per my knowledge crossing republik has dumping plant problem . But you can invest in this location. As you both locations are good, but from investment or end use point of view, Crossing republik is much better . A lot of people move to Crossing republik due to affordability. From connectivity point of view, this location is well connected with other parts of city by city transport & railway.

Hi shivangi,

If you are searching for end use then i will recommend raj nagar extension. This place is one of the prime decent residential location. The proposed Rapid Rail Transit System RRTS between New Delhi and Meerut will have stations at Mohan Nagar, near to this area. GDA has approved an elevated road from UP Gate to Raj Nagar Extension. This 4 lane road will be 18 km long.

Hi Guys,

In my point of view, both Raj nagar extension & Crossing republik are very nice location. Both locations have idea infrastructures & affordable housing projects. Both locations are well connected to other parts of the cities. From connectivity & educational point of view, both locations are fine & suitable for both investors as well as end users. Now it's upto you to choose..
