Mulund East is a suburb located in the north-eastern part of Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is the first planned suburb of Mumbai and is situated to the south-east of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. It has very close proximity to the Eastern Express Highway, the Phase-1 Metro Project is within 10 mins away, the Domestic Airport - 35 mins away, Airoli Bridge is approximately 7 mins from the project.

There are 950 nos of flats going to develop under this project.

Here is detailed information about the payment plans:- on booking Rs. 1 lac as a application money for Tower A/B/C, Ist installment - 12.5% - AM 15 days from date of allotment fro tower A/B/C, 2nd installment - 7% - 45 days from date of allotment for tower A/B/C, 3rd installment - 10% - 120 days from date of allotment, 4th installment - 10% - completion of piling works for tower A and plinth works for tower B/C, 5th installments - 10% - completion of podium 4 for tower-A and completion of 4th floor for tower- B/C, 6th installment - 10% completion of 6th floor for tower-A and 10th floor for both tower B/C.

Hi all,
The current available quote for Tata Aveza is Rs. 12250/sq-ft base + 75 floor rise. It seems really high for considering this is Mulund East. When is the project possession date and which all banks are funding this project?

I like the project Tata Aveza. This project is approved and would be completed on time. The only big concern about this project is dump issue and if that issue will be resolved then this is going to be the best project in Mulund East with a very high resale value.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for this project. It is expected that the date of possession will be July'2018.

As far as its locality is concerned Mulund is strategically located at the junction of Navi Mumbai and Thane and the entire industrial belt which is comparable to that available in other metros is within a 30-minute radius. One of its plus points is the well-planned grid-shaped layout. It is a buzzing residential area and is easily accessible by road & central railway. Mulund has wide roads and significantly better infrastructure as compared to the suburbs along the eastern side. There are several educational institutes,medical institutes, sports clubs, entertainment centers, recreational parks and places of worship.
