I visited the site yesterday and the first possession is yet to start in 6 months. I have also seen that there are complaints of this builder in the forum. I am thinking of investing in the 1bhk what should I do? the possesion of 1 bhk is proposed in 1.5 years from now.

With in 45 Days of Booking / Allotment- 40% + 50% PLC,
On casting of Ground Floor Roof- 10%,
On casting of 2nd Floor Roof- 10%,
On casting of 4th Floor Roof- 7.5% + 50% PLC,
On casting of 8th Floor Roof- 7.5%,
On casting of 12th Floor Roof- 10% + 50 % of additional charges,
On offer of Possession- 5% + 50% of additional charges+ other charges(if any).
