Hi all,
I am looking for a flat in Xavier Urbtech, Sector-168 Noida. I just want to know that is this property worth to buy. Has builder good track record in Noida real estate? I have read many bad reviews which are not very good. I am bit confused on it. Kindly share some inputs on it.

Hi Dinesh,
Earlier, most of the project by this developer was in a delay status but now after implementation of RERA, every developer want to deliver their project possession on time. I would suggest you do your all due diligence before booking. Verify all the required approval with your local body and then go for it.

Is this project comes under UPRERA? If yes, then what is RERA registration number and which local body and financial institutions have approved this project?

Yes, Urbtech Xaviers is a UPRERA approved project and its RERA Registration number is UPRERAPRJ8242.
As far as local body is concerned, they have all the required approval from Noida Authority and banks such as HDFC and Axis banks are funding this project.

Urbtech Xaviers by Urbtech India Developers Pvt Ltd strategically located in Sector-168, Noida. This project offers 1RK in 408 sqft, 1BHK in 500 sqft, 2BHK from 959-1200 sqft, 3 BHK in 1400 sqft, and 4BHK in 2250 sqft. Its current asking rate is Rs.5100 per sqft. This project is almost in finishing stage and builder is giving its possession on December 2018.
