As per my knowledge, many prospective buyers want to sell their land in the suburbs and reinvest on apartments in the city. They may have bought those lands at low rates many years ago. Today they have appreciated manifold. It's really a nice & unique step taken by builder to make some change in Chennai Real Estate.

I came to know that, this developer is planning to offload about 10 per cent of their stock of the 168 apartments through this attractive scheme and if this scheme works out well, the developer is planning up for more offers similar to this.

In my point of view, this is really an exciting & unique initiatives taken by this builder. Customers feel the offer to be attractive and great, but they feel that if the builder is charging a fixed price of their apartment, there is uncertainty built on valuating the customer’s land/plot. So according to me, let's see how chennai real estate market is treating this unique exciting offer.
