Plots for investment purpose.

Q: I am planning to buy a plot of 1500 sqft for investment purpose. I am seeing many advertisements about plots on Devanahalli and Whitefield.. But i dont have any idea of any of those.. Could anybody who have a experince can give a suggestion..
I am looking for around 15Laks..
No plan to construct house for now, if that area grows in 5 years, may be i can think of constructing house. Otherwise i would like to see to get a good returns to close any other loans..

You can have a look for plot projects in NBR Orange County, Metro Homes and Carmel Residency in and around Whitefield that fits your budget.
