shirke apartment well built with strong cement bricks but they have used concreat slabs for the cealing insted of mould .so it cracks at joints . it can be rectified . better buy at lower costs.
Please let me know whether leak and seepage can be rectified or we need to to repairs every two or three years.
Also, let me know if the leakage is from upper floor, who has bear the cost, I have seen I floor and II floor flats, some people informred me if it is second floor you need to do all repairs on the roof and no will share any expenses. Hello Rukmini, It is not at all worth to buy a 20 years old flat which is already leaking and seepage is there. The value of such kind of property has already depreciated. It is better to go for a new apartment rather than 20 years old apartment.
