Always know the locality and what is the competition. Price the per sft (depends on the location, inventories in your project, which floor is it located, is there any other units available in same floor and facing, etc) once you get to know all the add 10% to 12% of the total price, which will give you the Final (price) of the apartment.
I recommend to hire a Real Estate Agent, please get in touch with knowledgeable agent. Always think of long term run.

Is there a legal way to stop is harassment by association? Are there any provisions of law that can help me in this case.
