Q: Hello there, has anyone heard about the residential project called Orchid Eleganz that is located in Ramanathapuram? Is this project good? I am interested to know more about the project as my partner and I are planning to move into a luxury apartment. Yeah, the project feels very attractive. But, I don;t think that the area of the apartments are quite spacious. The area of a 2 bhk is around 1010 square feet to 1070 square feet and for a 3 bhk apartment, it is 1620 square feet to 1795 square feet. The price per square feet is Rs. 4250.

Hey, i've seen this apartment. This is the one that is located at Mill Road in Ramanathapuram, right? I think this apartment would be suitable to your luxury requirements. I am saying this because I came to know that they provide so luxurious facilities like a garden, a swimming pool, health facilities, a club house, a tennis court, a gymnasium, indoor games facilities, a community hall, a shopping centre, a mini theatre as well as a fully paved compound.

I really agree with you. Provided these facilities, it is a great deal. Also, the project is the seventh prestigious luxury project of Lumbodhara Promoters. They provide 2 bhk apartments as well as 3 bhk apartments. The price of a 2 bhk is in between 42.92 lakhs and 45.47 lakhs. A 3 bhk has a price range of 68.85 lakhs to 76.28 lakhs.

I too was looking for an apartment that has approval of Coimbatore Municipal Corporation. This project is one such project. Getting loans for this project is very easy as it also has the bank approvals of leading banks and financers like DTCP, Corporation bank, HDFC bank, Axis bank, Syndicate bank, and ICICI Bank.
