Q:hi, can i know the price and other details of Garden Crest apartment. I am shifting from Palakkad to Coimbatore due to personal reasons. I am looking for a luxury apartment for me and my spouse. Is Garden Crest a good choice?
Latest Answer: i want to add something more to the information for you. You can get easy loans if you require because the project has bank approvals from leading banks in India like the axis bank, icici bank and the Hdfc home loans.
Q:Hello there, has anyone heard about the residential project called Orchid Eleganz that is located in Ramanathapuram? Is this project good? I am interested to know more about the project as my partner and I are planning to move into a luxury apartment. If anyone has any information regarding this apartment project, please share it with me.
Latest Answer: Yeah, the project feels very attractive. But, I don;t think that the area of the apartments are quite spacious. The area of a 2 bhk is around 1010 square feet to 1070 square feet and for a 3 bhk apartment, it is 1620 square feet to 1795 square feet. The price per square feet is Rs. 4250.
Latest Answer: Well, that is true! But the rent in Ramanathapuram is a little lesser than what you’ll generally find in Avinashi Road. The rent for a 2 BHK is pretty much the same in both localities, between 14,000 - 18,000. But for a nice 3 BHK, you’ll end up paying 25,000-30,000 in Avinashi Road, and 20,000 - 26,000 in Ramanathapuram.
Latest Answer: Actually, if you get house for rent in like a gated community or in like a proper residential locality like Avinashi road and Ramanathapuram, then 10 months rent money in advance, but if you go for multi-story buildings or independent houses, the landlords sometime reduce and negotiate the deposit money, they might exclude a month or two’s advance.
Latest Answer: Elysium Gardenia is also pretty much the same rent, both the properties are almost next to each other. In Elysium Gardenia, you will get 2 and 3 BHK starting from Rs.16,000 and will go on till Rs.26,000, depending on how furnished it is.
Q:Hey guys, a friend of mine is moving from Vishakapatnam to Coimbatore with his family. He wants to invest in a property in Ramanathapuram. I've been helping him narrow down properties. Now, we are confused between 2 properties - Elysium Gardenia and Triumph City Palms. Please tell me which one is better in terms of area in Ramanathapuram, better builder, price, amenities, basically anything and everything you can think of. Thank you very much.
Latest Answer: I don’t really agree with that prediction. Elysium properties are good, and if they are well maintained then prices will still go up with the locality. If you see rent wise, apartments in Elysium Gardenia are renting out at an average of Rs.22,000. It is much lesser in Triumph City. Also, amenities wise, I don’t think there’s any confusion, both are providing normal amenities. If Triumph has tennis court, then Gardenia has fully automatic laundry machines attached in the stilt floors for residents to use. It all comes down to your budget man. Both are similar properties, but almost 20 lacs price difference. I hope you can make a decision, good luck man
Q:Hey guys, what do you think of Mayflower Annapoorna Garden? Do you think it is a good investment in Villa- Price wise, location wise? What about builder? Is it a good builder? Are there any other projects by the builder? Please share information and your suggestions.
Latest Answer: Well, that’s true. Few people might think there’s not enough space because they would want to have little extra garden space and stuff. But, if you see most gated community villas, this will be a common problem. These villas are more like compact villas, for compact living. Also, I see that this Mayflower Annapoorna Villas are being sold at Rs.8,300 per sqft that is close to Rs. 1.35 Cr for a villa. Isn't the average rate close to Rs.6, 600 in this area?
Q:Hey people, has anyone heard of the Pricol Auburn Terra. I think it is in Ramanathapuram? Care to share some details please? Just trying to find out more and more about all the potential projects I could invest in. Cheers.
Latest Answer: Woah! ALmost 1.8 crore for a 3 BHK! I agree on the per sqft prices being high when compared to few other two tier cities. But, Ramanathapuram is selling real estate in a crazy pace. So much development, so quickly, prices are bound to be higher. I mean most of these properties don’t even have a lot of amenities. For example, Auburn Terra has just a gym and hall, play area facility. Nothing too fancy, but the houses are just made really well and the area is good, so prices are high. I’m just wondering if they set up all IT parks and all in this area, how soaring the prices would go.
Q:Hey, can someone tell me about the project by Elysium properties in Krishna colony, Ramanathapuram called Elysium Oyster. I've heard a lot about the Elysium properties. Would like to know about this too please.
Latest Answer: Yea man! Good amenities, just like a big gated community. But, you know what, they are selling at a price of 6,600 rs per sqft. I think that’s too expensive. The builder must have sold it at way lesser pricer. But because most of them are being resold, they are coming out to be around 1.5 crores and all, except otherwise the seller sells it a lower rate. I think for 1.6 crore, you could easily invest in a like a better property, don’t you think so?
Q:Hey ppl, Want to get details of the rental scene in Ramanathapuram. Can people suggest good areas or colonies in Ramanathapuram and if you can add like average rent details also it’ll be great.
Latest Answer: One thing about Ramanathapuram is that if you go for good individual houses, the rent will not be less than Rs.30,000. But, you can be assured that these houses will be like nice bungalows, that’s why rent will be higher. Normal apartments in multi-story buildings are normally rented at like Rs.9,000 to 15,000. This is an average, you might sometime find lesser than this also, if you are lucky.
