Hi Guys,
I heard this Jaypee builder has launched this project with a new special payment plan called Partial Down Payment Plan. Can any body provide some information about this?

Hi Zoya,

As per my knowledge, this project has Partial Down Payment plan(5% of BSP) , which is little bit different from Down payment Plan.
As per this plan:-
On Booking- 5% of BSP,
On or before 30days of booking- 55% of BSP+IDC,
On Completion of 2Nd floor roof slab- 20% of BSP+ESSC,
On Completion of 5Th floor roof slab- 20% of BSP+EDC,
On Offer of Possession- 5% of BSP+Club Membership charge+IFMD+One time lease rent+Maintenance advance.

Jaypee Buddh Circuit studios is one of the latest popular residential project in Greater Noida. This project is located in Jaypee sport city , one of the prime residential location with decent environment. This is a latest newly launch project. This project offers 1BHK apartment, area ranging from 560sq-ft to 725sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 3600/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around 2017 June.

As per my knowledge, the project is located in proximity of Yamuna Expressway which is a very good location and has many advantages such as excellent connectivity, proposed metro connectivity, minutes away from greater Noida and South Delhi . This project has eight blocks & 16 floors. This project has launched around 6 or 7 months before.
