Q: One of my family friend suggested these two freehold plots in Gzb. One is utsav residency at badalpur dadri road - NH 91 by Unnati Developers & Promoters. and the other one is Upwan Residency - phase 2 at NH-24 by AKH DEVELOPER PVT.LTD. Please suggest is it ok to buy plots in these two colonies
