Development initiatives at Potlod village in Indore

Q: Hey there, i heard that there is going to be some development projects that will come in Potlod Village. Is it true? What exactly is the project. Could anyone plz explain it to me?

Oh, for now the village is filled with problems. I happened to visit the village once. acute problems like electricity failure, lack of proper roads, drains, as well as other infrastructure is very persistant there. even the road joining Potlod to Chandravatiganj is a mere dirt track. There are no bus service, health centres or any other facility. i believe that this project will bring end to all these problems. the real estate of the village will also become active.

That's a good project, isn't it? now the panchayath secretary as well as the NREGS sub engineer has no time to rest. I have heard that they, who rarely visit the village, are presently visiting the village every day and preparing detailed map of the village. They also have to submit a detailed project report for the development of the village. I think that with this initiative, this village will develop into a good town with proper infrastructure and all.

Yeah, sure it is. Actually what is the plan is that each MP has to adopt a backward village. Then he has to make great development in the village. He has to transform the village into a model village and that too within 1 year.

Hi, yaa, Potlod village is a very unnoticed village in Indore district and is situated around 60 kilometer from the main Indore city area. But, there is a plan by the government for development of the village. The village is developing ever since it was chosen under the sansad adarsh gram yojana. so, it's a very good sign for the village.
