Hello Shah,
Please note that the stamp duty & registration fee put together in Municipal Corporation Area of Indore is approx 9.75% presently and it is due to increase by 1% from 1st January 2018.
Outside corporation area, stamp duty & registration fee put together is 8% & no change is proposed in this.

Yes, Registry fee of plots, houses or other properties situated in Indore is charged in accordance with the rate guidelines given hereunder:
For Houses – 9.75% approximately of the cost of house (i.e. 8% stamp duty + 1% Panchayat Fee + 1% Municipal Corporation Fee) + 1% Registration Fee
