Hi,
Outside Bhopal Municipal Corporation Limits-
For Houses - Same as mentioned above for houses, only excluding 1 percent Municipal Corporation Fee

For open land - Same as mentioned above for houses, only excluding 1 percent Municipal Corporation Fee
Note- If the buyer is a woman, she is exempted from 2 percent charge on stamp duty.

Your property falls under Zone-8, Ward No-36. It is very simple to know about your due property tax. Just visit this website i.e http://imcindore.org:8080/imc/taxpayment.jsp?number=0&module=p click on Property Tax, you will get option search property, in the bottom, you will find a option called search property, select the first letter of your locality i.e Hare krishna Vihar. You will find all the property tax related details.

Hi,
As per MP Government, you have to pay 8 percent as a stamp duty and 1 percent as registration charges.
Inside Bhopal Municipal Corporation Limits - For Open land i.e. Plot or Agricultural Land - 9.5 percent of the cost of the land plus 1 percent Registration Fee both as mentioned above plus 5 percent of 7.5 percent stamp duty as surcharge.
