About the locality Nipania in Indore

Q: Hello, I and my partner are planning to move to Nipania in Indore in the next couple of months. Can anybody please tell me about this locality in general?

Napania is an upcoming posh locality and it is one of the prime locations in Indore. It is also secure and calm because it is slightly away from the city. It is also easily accessible form MR 10 and the ring road so it is well connected to the city as well!

Yes, i dont know how stable the market is here. in March 2014 the price was around 3,100 but now I think it decreased slightly to 2,900 per sqft. It is also a very good place to invest due to the Indore bypass road and also there are many residential projects that are coming up there like Skye Luxuria and SS infinitis.

Hey yes, because of the Indore Bypass road that goes right along Nipania, there has been a lot of demand for real estate properties here, There are increasing day by day. I think right now the average price is at 3500 per sqft. But i am not sure. It was not this much in the past 1 or 2 years.

Hey many different residential projects are coming up in Nipania nowadays like Ocean Park and Sun city Vistara and appolo DB city where you can find good apartments in different units. They are also decently affordable starting at 33 lakhs and going up till 70 lakhs.

Hi, I have lived in Nipania for a while now and i have to say, it is one of the best localities to live in in Indore. Many good schools like the Delhi public School and Choitram internation and Bhavans Prominece are nearby and hospitals like Bombay hospital and CHL are also close!
