Shaikpet is said to the next prominent residential center. It is developing fast and is a perfect balance if a modern colony and a historical area. The road leading to Gachibowli has seen rapid changes in the past few years, thanks to the IT revolution in Hyderabad. Plus, the profits here are very good too! You can get a rent of around 15,000 /- for a 2 bhk here! Great returns here!

If you ask me, Shaikpet is one of the best places to invest in. It is a remote place a little away from the hustle from the city, so it is perfect for residential buildings. Also, it is well connected..the nearest main road , the Shaikpet road which is only 2 kms away and it has many public transport buses connecting to all parts of the city.

Yeah, the price trend in this area keeps changing all the time. I think It went to an all time low in 2012 when the price was down to 700 rupees per sqft!! And now it has gone up again.

The real estate market has see a lot of growth in the Shaikpet area in the past 3-4 years. I remember that the price per sq feet was around 3000 in 2011. But now it has gone up almost by 54% in the past one year!

Hey I think that the present price in Shaikpet is at around 6,800 rupees per sqft! And it is said to increase! That is really costly. But if you can afford it, then it is a nice locality and you can also get a view of the golkonda now and then. ;)

Shaikpet is located strategically and is close to all the major centers in the city like the hi tech city gachibowli tech park, jubliee hills and banjara hills. Also, it is fast gaining a lot of real estate market due to its connectivity and the commercial market that is coming up here.. You can see some new malls business areas here and The price and the demand in this area is rising up day by day ! There was an increase of about 35% in this areas real estate in the past few years!

Shaikpet is one of the oldest localities in Hyderabad. It has the famous Qutub Shahi Tombs , which are the tombs of the Sultans of Hyderabad. It is a historical area which is close to the Golkonda fort and is fast becoming a much valued residential hub too. :)

Hey Shaikpet is a good area to reside in, There are plenty of shops nearby and many good institutions too like Insight International school and Chanakya Olympiad school and decent hospitals like Adithya Nursing home and Preetham hospitals nearby and the area is known for its good coloby welfare association.
