Q: hello guys, is there anyone who knows about a project called Vasundhara Dreams which is situated at Ring Road in Indore? I have plans to move to the Ring Road area, that's why i am asking. Plz provide me any information if you have.

i can give some info about the area and all of the flat. I got to know that a single bed room flat has around 602 square feet area. For a two bedroom apartment, the size is apprx. 905 square feet. They are selling it at per square feet price of 2700 rupees for both the type of apartments.

Hiii,,I know this apartment. Vasundhara Dreams. I think its still under construction now. It provides one bedroom flat as well as two bedroom flats. A friend of mine told me that the project is approved by the Indore Development Authority. It also has been approved by LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India as well as HDFC Home Loans.

oh, that good, no? I heard that the Vasundhara Dreams project is also providing a good garden, a children's play area, as well as a gymnasium. These facilities are provided apart from the other facilities like security, intercom facilities as well as round the clock security.
