Q: Hai everyone, i am very interested to find more about the real estate growth in Nedumbassery. recently, i heard that there would be some development in the airport road? is it true?
oh, i gotta know that the traffic on the existing two-lane road almost multiplied in the past few years and so on. Now, according to the estimates, it is very likely that the traffic would double every five or six years. The existing condition is that during the peak hours, the number of vehicles on the road is 2200, with one car passing each direction every eight seconds. So, this four lane path will definitely reduce the traffic here.

After the completion of this roads, the existing road to the airport will be converted as a feeder road to CIAL convention centre.
