kg good fortune is approved by CMDA and one can invest in this properties wile fear. project situated in good location.This project spreads over 2.88 acres of land, total 195 apartments . This project is located very near to Global Hospital . Gayathri Vidhyalaya is around 1.1 km from this project. Airport is around 11km.

As per my knowledge, the payment schedule of this project is like:-
On application for allotment- 10%,
On registration within a month- 40%,
On completion of foundation- 15%,
On completion of 2nd floor slab- 10%,
On completion of terrace floor slab- 10%,
On completion of internal plastering- 10%,
On possession- 5%.

As per my knowledge, this average residential price of this location is increasing , showing significant improvement. Last 2years , there has been infrastructure & industry development happening , which directly impact on locality price trend. In year 2011, the average residential price was 3500/sq-ft. After many ups & downs, in year 2014 , this price touched around 4750/sq-ft.
