hey, this project is kinda centrally located in the heart of coimbatore. The area spans around 1.2 acres of land. The apartments are vaastu compliant and are spacious too. to be precise, the area of the apartment ranges from 1346 square feet to 3177 square feet. the location of the white house is near to the race course road where you can find banks, restaurant, school, colleges, hospitals, market places, five star hotels, theatres and all.

guys, this is a premium luxury apartment i guess. because the price of the apartments start from Rs. 1.14 crores onwards. They are not yet ready for possession though. I think buyers will have to wait till july 2016 anyway.

the building is designed by sussanne khan actually taking inspiration from the british colonial era of architecture. the project also has a terrace garden too. It is one of the ongoing projects of the VNCT Ventures. The project includes 3 and 4 bhk apartments.

Hello all of you...yes, i can give some info about the facilities and all of this apartment. they have an entrance lobbies, swimming pool that too on the terrace, a good garden, yoga area, two storey club house, a/c hall, children's play area, a/c gymnasium, barbeque area, library and games area, etc.
