The area is also very good for commercial and residential purposes. it is situated right next to the raghvendra theatre and is close to many good schools like st. andrews and Takshashila, Delhi PUblis school, etc and hospitals like Oxygen and sunshine hospitals!

Hey, i think it is a great place to live in, i have also just heard about this project and found out that they are offering many facilities in the apartments like a gym, gardens, walking track, a club house and play area/park for kids. Looks good :)

The price in Pallavi Aashray apartments is around 28 lakh and goes up till 50 lakhs!! The size in these apartments is approximately 900 sq ft to 1600 sqft. So that will come around 3000 rs per sq ft., that is quite a bargain i guess.

Hallo, I dont think that the Pallavi Aashray apartment Project is completed yet. I have heard that the posession of these apartments starts from december 2015, These apartments are being built by the Pallavi Developers. they have developed many other residential complexes in and around that area and are quite dependable. you can visit the area once and see the project yourself.

Yep! I agree. Also they are providing soo many options in 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments too!! There are a lot of choices to choose from. Many different floor plans are available in differen sizes. so you can choose whichever one you like.
