Hey Shiakpet is an upcoming residentia area man! The price in this area is growing rapidly because it is close to good area like jubliee hills and banjara hills.. it is also close many good schools like Jubliee HIlls Public school, Bhavans school, Bhashyam school and the hyderabad public school.

Hey the floor plan looks really good! very spacious rooms and they are designed well . But 3 crore rupees is close to 7600- 7800 per sqft! the price around that area is also close to that. but these vilas are still under construction and are said to be completed by 2015

these villas are very big and huge in size!! They starte from around 4900 sq ft to 5900 sq ft. But they are a litle costly! the starting price of these villas is 3 crore rupees! and it goes till 6 crores too for 5 bhk villas. if you are okay with the price, then it is a good idea.

Hey if you are looking for luxury villas, then the Aditya Royal Palm villas are a perfect choice. Aditya Builders are very reliable and they have built many other projects in the same area, so a pretty dependable project if you ask me.

Yes, Aditya Royal Palm looks promising and they are also offering many facilities like tennis courts, club house, intercom, service lift and a play area for kids. It is a good gated community with good security features, you can live comfortably.
