Yeah, not only these facilities, they also have good health facilities. One good gymnasium functions in this apartment project. You can see that there is club house too, and indoor games facilities available there. For outdoor games and all, there is tennis court, badminton court as well as a basketball court.

Hey guys, this apartment project provides very good facilities. I came to know that they have a swimming pool and a children's play area apart from a beautiful garden. Moreover, there are some good security service and power backup facilities, and other facilities for the residents like intercom, atm counter, and community halls. A library also functions there.

guys, if you are very specific about bank approvals, then you must know that this apartment project has the bank approvals from various banks like HDFC bank, Axis bank, LIC Housing finance, State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Citibank, ICICI bank, Canara bank etc. So, getting a loan passed becomes very easy with this approvals, i think.

if your are talking about the price, then actually na, the builders have fixed the rate of the apartments at Rs. 3850 per square feet for both the 2 bhk and 3 bhk. The approximate sale price of the 2 bhk ranges in between Rs. 40,48,000 and Rs. 52,44,000/- The price of the 3 bhk apartments starts from Rs. 53,06,000 and goes as high as Rs. 98,27,000/-.

the apartments are quite spacious, the 2 bhk has an area of about 1053 square ft. to 1364 square ft. While you can see that the area of the 3 bhk apartments starts from 1380 square ft to 2556 square ft.

Hey, Jains Carlton Creek is one of the ongoing projects which is undertaken by the Jain Housing and Construction ltd. They are a reputed builders in this area i think. The apartments are divided into 17 block and 13 floor each of these have. So, it a big project and the possession is likely to start June 2015 onwards

yeah, i think its a pretty big project, no? They have more than 1000 flats in this project. It is spread over an area of 13.65 acres of land and is just 15 minutes drive from Jubilee Hills. The locality is also very nice here. In this project, I think they have included the 2 bhk apartments and 3 bhk apartment.
