Latest Answer: Yeah, not only these facilities, they also have good health facilities. One good gymnasium functions in this apartment project. You can see that there is club house too, and indoor games facilities available there. For outdoor games and all, there is tennis court, badminton court as well as a basketball court.

Jain housing – NO1 fraud! I regret booking Jains Pebble brook flat!

Q: They are not worried about the concerns of their customers who have
already invested lot of money in their project. Their main aim is to
achieve their objectives and maximise their profit. Further, they are
well known for such deviations in the market. Flat owners of other
projects promoted by them are facing similar problems and they have
resorted to legal process for settling the issues.

Latest Answer: cheated around 1 lakh stating late payment , but handed over with delay of of around 2 years without any compensation - day light robbery !!!! total real estate system fraud and needs revamping ! cheating common man is motto of these guys !!!!- when this system will change ???????????????????
