Price and related information on Seiken Vista apartment project in Tripunithura in Kochi

Q: Hello guys, I came across this project called Seiken Vista in Kakkanad in Kochi and i am interested in buying an apartment there. Can anybody give me more details on this project here?

Hey this project also has a lot of bank approvals too from all leading banks like ICICI bank, State bank of Travancore, LIC Housing, HDFC Bank, SBI And Federal bank.. So i dont u will have any problem in obtaining a loan too.

Hey the land price in Kakkanad is shootin up right now. This area is nice and is very close tothe smart cuty and the info park. only 1.5 kms. So if you ask me, it is a good investment option too.

700 sq ft is a small area for a 2 bhk apartment. But the price seems reasonable though. The construction of this apartment is not over yet.. you can go see the size and the area of them once they are done. There are also a lot of other residential apartments coming up in that area, you can see them and make a beter decision.

Hey the 1 bhk and 2 bhk apartments here are with an area of 700 sq ft to 1100 sq ft. And they are selling them in the market price only. The price around Kakkanad at the moment is arounf 3600 per sq ft on an average, so i think you will get a 2 bhk apartmnent in arouns 25 lakhs.

Hello, the Seiken Vista is an apartment project that is coming up in the Kakkanadu area in Kochi. These apartments are providn a lot of facilities like basket ball court, a tennis court, a jogging track, swimming pool and internet connection. They are society kind of apartments coming up in several blocks and they have a lot of units for sale.
