Badlapur East is well-connected via roads through the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. NMMT buses are available from Badlapur East to Vashi & CBD Belapur.The neighbourhood is served by fast trains and it takes approximately 1.23 hours from Mumbai (CST) to reach Badlapur. The nearest railway station is located at a distance of 3.1 kilometres and the nearest airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at around 49.2 kilometres from Badlapur East.

There are several reputed schools and colleges in Badlapur East. These include D.G. Naik Vidyalaya, Holy Spirit School, New English High School etc. Similarly, Some of the hospitals in Badlapur East are Sushrut Hospital, Mangalya Hospital, Dhanvantari Hospital, Mamata Hospital, Spandan Hospital etc.Sai Shraddha Complex, Mrunal Plaza, Harihar Tower and Devdhar Market are some of the shopping arcades close to Badlapur East.

Badlapur East is a rapidly developing city in the district of Thane located about 50.5 kilometres from Mumbai and 36.3 kilometres from Thane. It is Just 1 km from Badlapur station. Some of its neighbouring areas are Kulgaon, Belavali and Katrap. It is a part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Due to population growth in nearby cities, people working in Mumbai have been moving to Badlapur for a number of socioeconomic reasons, including close proximity to Mumbai via rail. Badlapur is a train terminal, just just 30 minutes from Thane and approx 1.10 minutes by train from Mumbai CST. It has easy access to Karjat, Poone & Nasik Road.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 2850-4400/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenity provided by the developer in the project.

5P Manohar Shreeji Nirvana Phase-2 is a MIDC approved project and all the approvals are in place. Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis, HDFC, SBI, ICICI, HSBC, LIC HFL, Indiabulls etc. have approved this project for housing loan.

A 2BHK in 1250 sq-ft. will be cost around Rs. 39.37 lacs all exclusive. And it is expected that the date of possession will be May'2015.
