one friend of mine told me that they have approvals from various authorities like GHMC, HUDA, Airport authority of India,, HMDA, Sher Lingampally Municipality etc. Easy loans are available for this project because they have approvals from major indian banks like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ING Vysya Bank.

i think the facilities provided by the koncept the botanika is very good. They have a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, play area for children, round the clock power backup, full time security service, intercom facility, club house, cafeteria, tennis court, badminton court, gymnasium, indoor games, basketball court, community hall and cricket pitch.

The price for 3 bhk is approximately starting from 1.34 crore rupees to 1.60 crore rupees. The price for 4 bhk starts from 2.26 crore rupees to 2.80 crore rupees. For 5 bhk, the price range is between 4.35 crore rupees and 5.43 crore rupees.

Geeta, the area of apartments in Koncept The Botanika is quite spacious too. The area of 3 bhk, 4 bhk and 5 bhk is like this: for 3 bhk it is in between 2626 and 3130 sq. ft, for 4 bhk it is between 3889 and 4829 sq. ft, and for 5 bhk it is between 7500 and 9370 sq. ft.

Hey, this apartment is divided into 5 blocks and each block has 24 floors!! I think the project will be completed by around december 2016. They also provide the apartments for a reasonable rate when you take into consideration the luxury provided. I think the per square feet price for 3 bhk is Rs. 5150 and for 4 and 5 bhk is Rs. 5800.
