They provide good facilities friends. I came to know that they have a swimming pool, children's park, and amphitheatre also in the apartment. More to this, they are providing indoor games and outdoor games facilities, healthcare facilities, 24x7 security service, gymnasium, community banquet hall, intercom and cable tv connection etc.

hiii..i got to know the price of these apartments here in this project. it was very reasonable for me. the 2 bhk has an area of 1125 square feet and the price for these apartments are rs. 3750 per square feet. For the 3 bhk apartment, the area is 1225 and 1250 square feet. these two apartments are also available at the rate of rs. 3750 per square feet.

Classic Homes is one of the ongoing projects of the Janapriya Engineers private limited. They say that the apartment will be ready for possession after 12 months only. I think they plan to provide 2 bhks as well as 3 bhks. These are approved by the GHMC also.
