I think, this can be a good choice, especially if you are getting such facilities. But, you should check the condition of the building before buying because, even some bad construction can be painted and made to look like a good one. As it is for 35 lakhs, I think it is a pretty decent bargain.

Hello,i think you should look for other projects before finalising the one you are currently considering. Like others have said before me Janpriya Metropolis is a good project for you in lesses price. THe project comes with features like indoor games, broadband internet, community hall, health facilities etc.

Hey, Janpriya Metropolis is a pretty nice project in my opinion. Also did you know that the bank has gained approval from all major banks like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank Of India, LIC Housing Finance etc. Getting approval from these banks reflects well on the goodwill for the project.

Hi, the project these guys are recommending is quite good. THe prejoect is being developed keeping in mind the safety and well being of the residents. Some of these measures include rcc framed structure, viltrified tiles, anti skid flooring, and copper wiring for electrical fittings.

Hey bro, why go for 10 year old, when you can get a new one in lesser price. THe locality you mentioned has dozens of residential projects upcoming. One of them is Janpriya Metropolis ,which has 2 BHK apartments available for 32 lakhs.

Hi Ravi, I do not think that it is really worth buying a 10 years old apartment for Rs 35 lakhs. You can easily get brand new 2 bhk apartments in Moti nagar within the price range of Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 36 lakhs. You can check for projects like Janapriya Metropolis and Madhavi Residency.
