Thanks Sagar for the information. What about the banks approval and is there any kind of layout maintenance?

Banks like LIC, DHFL, HDFC have approved the project. Yes there is a maintenance charges for the layout. You have to pay Rs 2.75 per sqft for 2 years for current and advance year from the date of registrations.

I am planning to book a plot is this project. How much is the booking amount and what is the current rate going on?

For booking a plot they are charging Rs 1 lakh and the current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 1600.

15% extra you have to pay for North East Corner Plot and 10% for corner plots.

Hi Govinda, Upkar Greenfields is a plot project. The project has been approved by BMRDA and all the leading banks. Upkar Greenfields is A Khata property.
