Q: SKS land developers are introducing S.K Farm's in Sonnenahalli near to Green Valley Resort, doddaballapur road. Their office located in Nagarabhavi. Kindly let us have the feed back about this developers. Can we believe this & invest on the land?

I think the builder should reduce some amount or give you some discount if you are paying the whole property price in one shot. You can also try negotiating with the builder.

Doddaballapur Road has been benefited from the recent infrastructure facelift given to the roads leading to BIA. The planned PRR and the aerospace park coming up near Devanahalli are also expected to work in favor Doddaballapur Road. Doddaballapur is a good bet if investors are considering a 3-5 years' horizon. In short the area is good for long term investment.

Today i have visited the site and it seems good..its located 16km away from doddballapur and its a hills spot too,developments are in running...but here the drawback of this investment is you can go for the registration after 3 years only...upto that periyod you have to pay the EMI...bit of RISK investment...

Hi Reshma,
I have just heard about this through my brother in law. They heard about it through from flyers and also took a look at the property area. Apparently they seem to be honest/ trustworthy based on the few interactions my brother in law has had with the developers contact. I'm trying to get more information about SKS developers and past projects. I wanted to check if you could find more details about this developer?
