Query for buying an apartment

Q: Hi, I am looking for 2BHK apartment. My budget is between 50-60 lakhs. Can anyone give me some insight about supertech in sohna under subvention scheme. Or any other project and location.

Well,
Development in this area began roughly around six to seven years ago and it has now developed into an attractive destination for end-users. Sohna Road offers a good example of mixed-use development. Adequate provision has been made for residential, office and retail spaces.

Majority of the clientele is end users working out of Gurgaon, who have had enough of wasting 3hrs of their lives everyday coming in to gurgaon and then go back to Delhi. the upwardly mobile middle and the upper working class is majorly buying property here.

Sohna Road is the market for end users. On the other hand Dwarka Expressway is just beginning to develop and it will take 3-5 years to reach where Sohna road is now. Thus it means, if you are an end user go to Sohna road, if you are an investor with a horizon of 3-5 years you should opt for Dwarka Expressway.

How is the project locality? What is the buying pattern being observed in Sohna Road? Which target group is purchasing here? How you compare Sohna Road with Dwarka Expresssway in terms of price points and future growth?

It is expected that the date of possession will be December'2017. And almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as Axis, SBI, IDBI, HDFC, ICICI, DHFL, LIC HFL, PNB etc.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 6800-7100/sq-ft. depends on the locality and the amenities.

Hi Baijnath,
Basic Sale Price would be Rs. 4500/sq-ft. At the time of booking you have to pay Rs. 5 lacs. Within 60 days of booking 35% of BSP less booking amount. On completion of Superstructure 30% of BSP+50% (Additional Charges) and on offer of possession 35% of BSP+50% (Additional Charges).

Service tax as applicable would be payable by the customer as per demand (Basic: 3.09%; PLC, Club
Membership & Other Charges: 12.36%)
