Hi there, welcome to Kochi. Yes i have heard of Amrapali Cosmos. It is a reasonably good housing society in Aluva. The project has features like swimming pool, gymnasium, 24-hour power supply, recreational room, jogging track, bank/atm, and play area.

Hi. Yes. I would add some important information not mentioned in above comments. The project has been approved by KSEB, and also by all major banks like LIC, HDFC, SBI ICICI, Axis Bank etc. These approvals help reassure the buyer about the genuineness of the project.
